How Organizations Work
Reformat operates on an organizational model where every user belongs to an organization. Organizations deliver three primary capabilities:
- Shared Credits — team members access a common credit pool
- Shared Templates — custom templates available organization-wide
- Centralized Billing — one subscription manages the entire team

Getting Started
For New Users: Upon signup, you receive an individual workspace. Invite others or accept invitations to collaborate.
For Team Members: Check email for invitation link, sign in, review details, and click Accept.
Organization Structure
Each user belongs to one organization at a time. All assets are shared: subscription credits, one-time credits, and custom templates.
