Understanding Teams & Organizations

How Organizations Work

Reformat operates on an organizational model where every user belongs to an organization. Organizations deliver three primary capabilities:

  • Shared Credits — team members access a common credit pool
  • Shared Templates — custom templates available organization-wide
  • Centralized Billing — one subscription manages the entire team
