Your workspace is where you manage your organization’s settings, branding, and team configuration. This guide covers all workspace management features available to administrators.
Accessing Workspace Settings

Log in to web.reformatword.com

Click Team Members in the sidebar

You’ll see your workspace settings at the top of the page
Note: Only administrators can modify workspace settings. Members can view but not edit.
Workspace Logo
Personalize your workspace with your company logo.
Changing Your Logo

Go to Team Members page
-
Find the Change your Workspace Logo section

Click Choose file to select an image
-
Preview your logo
-
Click Save Changes
Logo Requirements

Formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF
-
Maximum size: 4MB
-
Recommended: Square images work best (they display as rounded thumbnails)
Workspace Details
Configure your organization’s basic information.
Editable Fields

Updating Details

Find the Change your Workspace Details section

Update the fields you want to change:

Workspace Name - Enter your organization’s name

Country - Select from the dropdown list

Workspace Type - Describe your industry
- Click Save Changes
A success message confirms when changes are saved.
Company Domain Settings
Allow colleagues with your company email domain to easily request to join your organization.
How It Works

Admin sets a company domain (e.g.,
acmelaw.com) -
Users who sign up with matching email addresses can request to join

Admins review and approve or reject requests
Setting Up Domain Auto-Join

Go to Team Members page (admin only)

Find the Company Domain Settings card

Check Allow users with company domain to join this organisation
-
Enter your company domain (e.g.,
yourcompany.com) -
Click Save Changes
Managing Domain Join Requests
When users with matching domains request to join:

Their requests appear under Pending Domain Users
-
For each request, you can see:
-
User’s name and email
-
When they requested
- Choose a role from the dropdown:

Member (default)
-
Admin
- Click Approve or Reject
Disabling Domain Auto-Join

Uncheck the Allow users with company domain checkbox

Click Clear Domain & Save
-
Existing members are not affected
-
New users will need direct invitations
