Managing Your Workspace

Your workspace is where you manage your organization’s settings, branding, and team configuration. This guide covers all workspace management features available to administrators.


Accessing Workspace Settings

  1. Log in to web.reformatword.com

  2. Click Team Members in the sidebar

  3. You’ll see your workspace settings at the top of the page

Note: Only administrators can modify workspace settings. Members can view but not edit.


Workspace Logo

Personalize your workspace with your company logo.

Changing Your Logo

  1. Go to Team Members page

  2. Find the Change your Workspace Logo section

  3. Click Choose file to select an image

  4. Preview your logo

  5. Click Save Changes

Logo Requirements

  • Formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF

  • Maximum size: 4MB

  • Recommended: Square images work best (they display as rounded thumbnails)


Workspace Details

Configure your organization’s basic information.

Editable Fields

Field Description Example
Workspace Name Your organization’s display name “Acme Law Firm”
Country Where your organization is based “United States”
Workspace Type Your industry or sector “Law” or “Investment Management”

Updating Details

  1. Go to Team Members page

  2. Find the Change your Workspace Details section

  3. Update the fields you want to change:

  • Workspace Name - Enter your organization’s name

  • Country - Select from the dropdown list

  • Workspace Type - Describe your industry

  1. Click Save Changes

A success message confirms when changes are saved.


Company Domain Settings

Allow colleagues with your company email domain to easily request to join your organization.

How It Works

  1. Admin sets a company domain (e.g., acmelaw.com)

  2. Users who sign up with matching email addresses can request to join

  3. Admins review and approve or reject requests

Setting Up Domain Auto-Join

  1. Go to Team Members page (admin only)

  2. Find the Company Domain Settings card

  3. Check Allow users with company domain to join this organisation

  4. Enter your company domain (e.g., yourcompany.com)

  5. Click Save Changes

Managing Domain Join Requests

When users with matching domains request to join:

  1. Their requests appear under Pending Domain Users

  2. For each request, you can see:

  • User’s name and email

  • When they requested

  1. Choose a role from the dropdown:
  • Member (default)

  • Admin

  1. Click Approve or Reject

Disabling Domain Auto-Join

  1. Uncheck the Allow users with company domain checkbox

  2. Click Clear Domain & Save

  3. Existing members are not affected

  4. New users will need direct invitations

Tips for Workspace Management

Branding

  • Use a clear, recognizable logo

  • Keep your workspace name professional

  • The workspace name appears in invitation emails

Domain Settings

  • Only set a domain if you want easy team onboarding

  • Review join requests regularly

  • Consider setting new domain users as Members first

Team Size

If you have an unlimited plan, your workspace shows:

  • Current team size vs. purchased licenses

  • Available license count
