How It Works
- You send an invitation to a friend or colleague.
- They sign up for a Reformat account.
- Both of you receive 2 credits — added automatically.
Credits are only awarded when the invited person actually creates an account. There is no reward for sending the invitation itself.
Sending Invitations
From the Website:
- Log in to web.reformatword.com
- Go to Referral Credits in the sidebar
- Click Send Invites
- Enter email addresses (separate multiple with commas)
- Click Send
From the Word Add-in:
- Click the Share icon in the add-in footer
- Enter the email address
- Click Send
Invitation Limits
You can have a maximum of 5 pending invitations at any time. Once an invitation is accepted or expires, that slot opens up.
You cannot invite someone who already has a Reformat account or who has a pending invitation from you.
Tracking Your Referrals
Go to Referral Credits on the website to see:
- Credits earned — total referral credits received
- Accepted referrals — how many invitations were accepted
- Pending invitations — invitations sent but not yet accepted
- Remaining invite slots — how many more you can send (out of 5)
How Referral Credits Are Used
Referral credits belong to the individual user. When formatting, credits are consumed in this order:
- Monthly subscription credits (organisation pool)
- One-time and add-on credits (organisation pool)
- Referral credits (individual balance)
Referral credits never expire.
