How Organization Credits Work
Shared Credit Pool
Credits function at the organizational level. The pool includes:
- Subscription credits — monthly allocation shared by all members
- One-time credits — purchased credits available organization-wide
- Add-on credits — discounted top-ups for subscribers
- Referral credits — earned individually but available as a fallback
Credit Priority
- Monthly subscription credits (reset each billing cycle)
- One-time and add-on credits (never expire)
- Referral credits (individual balance)
Organization Billing
Admin users can access the Your Plan page, purchase subscriptions and credits, view billing details, and manage team usage. Members can view their personal usage and remaining organization credits.
A single subscription covers the entire organization — all volume plans include unlimited free team members.
Admin Billing Dashboard
Via Your Plan in the sidebar, admins see:
- Subscription overview — plan details, billing period, renewal dates
- Credits summary — subscription credits used/remaining, one-time credit balance
- Account credit — from downgrades or billing adjustments (applied to next invoice)
- Team usage breakdown — per-member usage and percentage
- Transaction history — all invoices with PDF download
Adding Team Members
All subscription plans include unlimited free team members. New members immediately access the shared credit pool at no additional cost.
Multi-Plan Organizations
Organizations can combine a subscription with one-time credits for overflow. Subscription credits are consumed first, then one-time/add-on credits.
Best Practices by Organization Size
Solo / Small Teams (1-10): Start with Solo or Team subscription, add one-time credits as backup.
Medium Teams (11-75): Choose Firm Small or Firm Mid, supplement with add-on packs if needed.
Large Teams (76-500): Choose Firm Large or Firm Enterprise, use one-time credits for seasonal spikes.
Global Teams (501+): Choose Firm Global or contact us for a Custom plan.
Non-Admin View
Members can see their personal usage and remaining organization credits. They cannot see other members’ data, billing information, or change plans.
