Managing Your Subscription

Accessing Subscription Management

Go to Your Plan in the sidebar (Admin only). Click Manage Subscription to access the Stripe customer portal for invoices, payment updates, plan changes, and cancellation.

Your Plan Page

The dashboard shows:

  • Subscription overview — plan name, status, cost, billing period
  • Credits overview — monthly allocation, usage, remaining, one-time credits
  • Team usage breakdown — per-member consumption
  • Transaction history — invoices with PDF download

Subscription Tiers

All subscriptions are volume-based with unlimited free team members:

Firm Small 11-25 users
Firm Mid 26-75 users
Firm Large 76-200 users
Firm Enterprise 201-500 users
Firm Global 501-2,000 users
Custom 2,000+ users

Visit the Plans page for current pricing and credit allocations.

Upgrading

Go to Plans, select a higher tier, review the prorated preview, and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately — you’re charged the prorated difference and receive additional credits right away.

Downgrading

Select a lower tier. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You may receive account credit for the unused portion.

Changing Billing Cycles

Toggle between Monthly and Annual billing on the Plans page. Annual plans save roughly 2 months compared to paying monthly. Changes are prorated.

Cancellation

Cancel via Your Plan > Manage Subscription in the Stripe portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. One-time credits remain available (they never expire). Your organization and team remain intact for reactivation.

Proration

Upgrades are charged immediately for the remaining days. Downgrades credit your account for unused days. The net charge/credit is the difference.

Payment & Invoices

Accepts major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Invoices are downloadable as PDFs from transaction history.
